The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Himtour Holidays (“we”, “us” and “our”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

Booking conditions :

1. Full payment on time of booking.
2. No compensation or refund on skipping any destination or sightseeing location.
3. Hotel check in time : 12pm. Hotel check out time : 11am.
4. No refund once booked (exceptions: natural calamitites, flood, war, riot.
5. No refund or compensation on unused transport or meal.
6. Floor preferences during room booking are subject to hotel availablitiy and not guaranteed.
